1. If you have not done so already, install WinZip. You can get the latest
version by clicking here.

2. Open the directory on your computer where the files you wish to zip are located.
3. Select the files. You can select multiple files by holding down the Ctrl key.
4. Right click on the files after you have selected them. Select the WinZip option. Choose 'Add to zip file...', this will open WinZip.
5. Click the button 'Use evaluation version' and then 'I agree'.
6. WinZip should automatically open a new WinZip archive to which your
files will be added
ELSE,
Click the "New" button. This will open the file dialogue box. In the
"File Name" field, enter what you would like your new zip file to be called.
(Often WinZip will pre-fill this field for you.)
Click the "OK" button when done.
7. Click the 'Add' button.
8. Close the WinZip program. Go to the directory where the files you zipped were located. A new .zip file will be created with the name you gave it from step 6.
